Can I apply to several faculties for my clinical rotation?

Yes, however, the programmes must have been validated by the Faculty Committee on International Mobility beforehand. The final choice must be made to register in MyULiège (go to Erasmus).

Must there be a signed agreement between ULiège and the faculty where I wish to rotate clinically?

No, this is not mandatory.

Do I have to come back to do some of the clinics at ULiège?

This depends on your program in the host faculty. You may be offered a 13-week program + 1 week autopsy + 1 week food + 1 week medical imaging.

How does the evaluation work?

Clinical rotation abroad accounts for 30% of the clinic's points, the case log accounts for 70% of the clinic's points. The overall score is given by the person in charge of the clinic of the selected species.

Do I have to re-register at the ULiège if I do my clinical rotation at another faculty?

Yes, it's mandatory!

Can I receive financial support if I want to do my clinical rotation in Lyon?

No, because it is impossible to go to Lyon within the Erasmus framework. A copy of the internship agreement you sign with them is still required.

What should be included in the derogation file?

It must include the cover letter (including your project) and a letter explaining why you failed.

Is my score subject to score conversion?

For clinics, the score (30%) will be added to the score of the case log (70%)

How long should the clinical rotation last?

The clinical rotation lasts 13 weeks +1 week of autopsy + 1 week of food + 1 week of medical imaging.

How many credits should the clinic correspond to?

In Liege, the rotation is equivalent to 22 credits, the number of credits must be greater than or equal to.

Where can I find the learning agreement?
