ERASMUS OUT
ULiège students wishing to study at a European faculty as part of an Erasmus exchange program.
T
he faculty of Veterinary Medicine offers students the opportunity to spend a semester or a full year (from bachelor's to master's level) on an Erasmus study abroad program.
- For Bac 3 students, successful completion of Bac1 in one year.
- For Master's 1 students, be eligible to graduate in 2025-2026, with a cycle average of 12/20 (for UCLouvain, UNamur, and ULB, document to be added to the application) in 2024-2025 and have validated 180 ECTS credits by September at the latest.
- For Master's 2 students, only those who have validated the entire Master's 1 in one year in 2025-2026, and without any outstanding Bac credits, will be able to move on to Master's 2!
Application form for Erasmus OUT mobility 2026-2027
The information session for Erasmus mobility candidates took place on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 5:45 p.m. in lecture hall A300 (B7).
Each destination is assigned based on the preferences expressed, the number of candidates, and the grades obtained in previous years.
Approximately 35 destinations are available, with 1 to 3 places available for each. These destinations include both internships and exchanges for the academic year.
STEP 1
Applications must be submitted by Friday, March 13, 2026, at 12 p.m. at the latest to erasmus.fmv@uliege.be.
The complete application includes:
- A cover letter (why should we let you go?)
- Your three preferred destinations in order of preference (1, 2, 3)
- A transcript or certificate of proficiency in the language of the host country
You will receive a response by email no later than Friday, March 27, 2026.
Upon receipt of this response, you may proceed to step 2.
STEP 2
You have received a positive response in step 1, so you can:
- Register via MyULiege “partir en Erasmus” (between March 1 and April 30, 2026) - For students from UCLouvain, UNamur, and ULB, this must be done when registering in Liège.
- Contact the host faculty and register there if necessary.
- Prepare your learning agreement, which must include a minimum of 60 ECTS credits. It is the student's responsibility to check that the course programs are compliant!
- Re-register at the University of Liège (after validating your year).
STEP 3
The completed Learning Agreement must be sent by May 1, 2026 to erasmus.fmv@uliege.be.
Upon your return, the grades obtained at the host university will be converted to ULiège grades.
