Research at the Faculty

Research has been at the center of the activities of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine since its inception and the discoveries that have been made have contributed to its renown at the national and international levels.

he Faculty brings together more than 20 research laboratories and has about 200 researchers, including some 60 academics and permanent researchers and more than 100 PhD students. Each year, about fifteen PhD theses are defended.
